Grove helps brands become more agile and more able. We are a digitally focused brand agency. Our job is to helps companies understand, adapt to and leverage changes in marketing, culture and technology. Imagine that. (Yeah, that's our tagline.) We cultivate interactions across all media, we create consumer experiences and campaigns that build brands for clients including: Fidelity, Gorham Savings Bank, IBM, Kasltfel, LogMeIn, R.e.d.d. Superfood Energy Bars, Republic Wireless and Sunday River. All that and, right now, we need a really good copywriter.

 

ABOUT YOU
You tell stories. You like building brands. You like the work. You don't know everything about everything—which is fine because, since you actually like the work, you like learning how to do it better. You work well with other people, specifically art directors. You have a sense for businesses and how they run. You understand how important it is to be an expert on our clients businesses and their products—even when they're technical. This means you can digest complex information. (It's not that complex, actually.) You understand how to adjust your creative approach to take advantage of varying media. You have your own standards for the work you do. You generate ideas. You're a good writer. You speak convincingly in front of groups. You want to help grow something. You are responsible for the work you do.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experienced: three to five years at an agency
  • Smart: you understand business generally and learn new industries/verticals quickly
  • Flexible: you've worked successfully in all media
  • Creative: your ideas meet the strategy, fit the brand and get people excited
  • Writerly: you write really good copy
  • Reliable: we can count on you, your ideas and your commitment to growing this agency's reputation

This is a full-time job reporting to our Group Creative Director at our offices in lovely Concord MA where the sun shines all day, every day, all year long.
